Carl E. Steward  (1997)

This Bald Knob native and University of Central Arkansas graduate is track official in Arkansas.

He was a starter or referee for the AIC and the Southwest Conference.

He currently serves as a referee for the AAA, the University of Arkansas, Arkansas State University and the Southeastern Conference.

Steward is the certification officer for Track and Field Official USA for Arkansas.
