Ivan Grove  (1999)

Born in Denver, CO, Grove came to Arkansas to coach. He began his career at the University of Arkansas, but joined the staff at Hendrix College in 1924 where he remained until his retirement. Coach Grove was an all-conference college athlete in football, basketball, baseball and track and brought this love of athletics to his coaching. He was among the first inductees to the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame in 1959
